Adam Ezra Group (USA)

"If Bruce Springsteen, Dave Matthews, James Taylor, and Jack Johnson had a baby, this would be it." — ACE Music Conference

Under the name Adam Ezra Group, singer-songwriter Adam Ezra has been bringing people together through music, storytelling, and a unique sense of audience connection for more than twenty years. His music moves effortlessly between folk, Americana, and roots rock, driven by strong songwriting, a compelling live presence, and a genuine honesty that often turns first-time listeners into loyal fans.

More Than a Concert

While many artists perform for their audience, Adam creates experiences with his audience. Concerts where music, humor, personal stories, and human connection take center stage. No two shows are ever the same. He shares stories, takes requests, and shapes each performance around the moment and the people in the room. This unique approach has made him one of the most beloved independent live artists in the United States.

A Global Community

During the pandemic, he performed solo for 500 consecutive nights in a livestream series called The Gathering, literally reaching millions of people and building an international online audience that has grown into one of the most committed underground communities in independent music. In 2026, the series reached its 1,000th episode.

"Not since Springsteen and Bono have I seen a lead singer with his talent and charisma."

Success on His Own Terms

Adam has shared the stage with artists such as Jason Mraz, Goo Goo Dolls, John Hiatt, Ziggy Marley, and the Steve Miller Band. He has also collaborated with artists including John Oates and dobro legend Jerry Douglas.

Yet he built his career almost entirely on his own terms, without following the traditional path of major record labels or commercial radio. As music magazine SPIN once described it: “Blowing up without selling out.”

Returning to Europe

Whether performing solo or taking the stage with the full Adam Ezra Group, the heart of the experience remains the same: great songs, authentic stories, and an extraordinary connection with the audience. Meanwhile, his following in Europe continues to grow rapidly. After successful performances in Germany, the Netherlands, and Belgium, Adam is already looking forward to returning:

"I've only played in the Netherlands and Belgium once and toured in Germany twice and had an amazing experience. I can't wait to come back and would love to make this part of the world a regular stop for me."

More about Adam Ezra

Adam Ezra taught himself to play guitar while living in South Africa, where he was conducting research on coastal erosion. Hitchhiking across the country, he began writing songs—an experience that continues to resonate throughout his music today: curious, deeply human, and rooted in real-life stories.

Beyond his work as a musician, Adam is actively involved in charitable causes. He is the founder of the non-profit organization RallySound and regularly supports local charities through his concerts. His annual event The Ramble has raised more than $750,000 for homeless veterans in the United States, earning him recognition from the New England Center and Home for Veterans.

Europe is becoming an increasingly important chapter in his career. Following his first performances in Germany in 2024, he returned for a successful German tour in 2025 and joined the European Light of Day-tour supporting Parkinson’s research, including performances in Belgium and the Netherlands (www.lightofday.nl).

His most recent album "Revelate" was produced by Gordy Quist of The Band of Heathens and showcases why many regard Adam Ezra as one of the most distinctive independent voices in today’s Americana and roots music scene.
